Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre
Graduate of the CM MA programme, actively participates in the academic and administrative development of the programme in hand, being also the coordinator of the programme. Kristina works as a project assistant in MAPSI.
She has been running the programme and was managing the EU-funded project: “Creative Entrepreneurship Module and International Study Development in the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre Cultural Management MA Programme” from 2010 and was a Quality Assurance working group member in the project “Access” funded by Central Baltic INTERREG IVA programme. Kristina has defended an A-level master thesis on the topic of: “Comparative Study of Estonian-and Russian Speaking Cultural Managers in Estonia: the Roles of Acquired Skills and Cultural Background”. In 2012 Kristina conducted a research for the Tallinn 2011 European Cultural Capital Foundation, analysing the influence of the events in the cultural year programme on the integration of Estonian and Russian cultural audiences, focusing on the producers` opinions. In 2013 she joined the initiative group working on the integration and social cohesion strategy of Estonia. She plans to continue her research in doctoral studies in 2014, focusing on the responsibility of modern arts managers, multicultural audiences and shared experiences. Kristina is also a lecturer in the EAMT teaching entrepreneurial skills and mindset.
