Kätlin is a full time Phd Student at Copenhagen Business School and lecturer at Estonian Business School. She is giving research methods and change management courses both at Bachelor as well as Master level and she is conducting Bachelor and Master Thesis writing seminars.
She started her doctoral studies at Estonian Business School with the focus on the planned organizational change and its impact to employees. Recently the focus of her research project has slightly changed moving from the organizational change in general to the role that time plays in the organizational change. She is approaching issues related to organizational change from the process ontology perspective working closely with her supervisor Professor Tor Hernes from Copenhagen Business School.
Her research papers have been accepted to various highly respected conferences including European Academy of Management (EURAM), European Group of Organizational Studies (EGOS), British Academy of Management (BAM) and Academy of Management (AoM). Together with Maarja Murumägi she has published in the Journal of Management and Change an article titled “The Network of Different Actors Influencing the Process of Urban Planning and Development – The Case of Tallinn City Hall”.
