Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre
Graduate of the Cultural Management MA programme in Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Sibelius Academy of the University of the Arts Helsinki. Kristina works as a project manager in HEISE.
She has been running the Cultural Management programme, was managing the EU-funded project: “Creative Entrepreneurship Module and International Study Development in the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre Cultural Management MA Programme” from 2010 and was a Quality Assurance working group member in the project “Access” funded by Central Baltic INTERREG IVA programme. Kristina worked as the project assistant in MAPSI and was involved in writing the application. In HEISE Kristina works as a project manager. Her doctoral research focuses on entrepreneurial education in arts universities, striving for new approaches, definitions and closer fit to reality. Her research is inspired by her work as entrepreneurial mindset facilitator-lecturer at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre.
